LifeBoard Support
LifeBoard is designed to work locally and privately. These steps solve the most common issues without sending your organiser content anywhere.
Updates
The Google Play edition receives updates from Google Play. Open LifeBoard → Settings → About to confirm your installed version. Direct beta users can check from the same screen.
Reminders
In LifeBoard Settings, confirm notifications are enabled and use both Test Notification and Test Scheduled Reminder. Android may also require Alarms & reminders permission and may delay notifications under battery restrictions.
Backups
Create a password-encrypted .lifeboard backup from Settings → Backup & Restore. Store the file and its password safely and separately. AbcHub cannot recover a lost backup password.
App Lock
Your PIN is not sent to AbcHub. Use the PIN fallback if biometric unlock is unavailable. Do not clear app data or uninstall while diagnosing a data-access problem.
Delete local organiser data
Remove individual records in the app, or use Settings → Delete All LifeBoard Data. The protected action requires exact uppercase DELETE. Separately exported backup files must be deleted from their saved location separately.
Delete your LifeBoard account
In LifeBoard, open Settings → LifeBoard Account → Delete LifeBoard account. This removes the server-side account identifier, active sessions, AI trial usage and entitlements. It does not delete organiser data kept locally on your device or separately exported backups. If you cannot access the app, email info.co.za from the Google account used for sign-in and request LifeBoard account deletion. Requests are verified before deletion and normally completed within 30 days.
Contact support
Email info@abcconnect.co.za. Include your LifeBoard version, Android version and a description of what happened. Do not email PINs, backup passwords, private records or attachments.
